廖莹，女，1988年1月生，汉族，中共党员，山西太原人。现任山西大学电力与建筑学院讲师。主要研究方向：城市设计，主要承担课程：风景园林理论，古典园林设计，写生实习，计算机辅助设计，城市规划设计等。
